This would be super helpful. Three arrows on a song in a playlist > Move to top (or +move to bottom). So we can rearrange existing playlist. Or best - Move to stack, meaning every next song you move, stacks bellow the previous one. 2 options would be ideal - Move to stack (Create stack/Stack)...
