Okay, I believe I see the problem with my chart. I didn't put the rehearsal "A" mark where it is needed (for some reason I thought the sign for the D.S. al coda was enough)...

Okay, I fixed the problem. I don't know why but if you remove the letter "V" at the bottom then the intro works as expected. I was using the "V" as a label for a tag at the end of the piece. But, I guess "V" is for something else?
