Posting song to forum

Can I get a step-by-step method of posting a song to the forum? It's hard to know what to click or not to click when trying to post. Thanks, Ray

Still can't post to forum. The directions seem to be for an older version of iReal. Ray

When I click on http://irealpro.com/support then how to upload a song, I get a blank plage, when I click on log-in at the bottom left, it doesn't recognize my log-in. Ray
